Cancellation & rescheduling

• A $50 setup payment reserves your approved appointment and counts toward your session total. Shirley may waive it.
• The setup payment is non-refundable if you cancel or miss your appointment. If Shirley cancels, you may receive a refund or agree to transfer the payment.
• Rescheduling and applying your setup payment to another appointment require Shirley’s agreement and availability.
• Pay the remaining balance after your massage. All confirmed payments count toward the total, and a tip is optional. If Shirley arrives late, you still receive your full session time. Delays caused by the customer may shorten the session without changing its price.
